Because my entire point about this has been that someone
who cares about fedora should be making sure this
stuff works.  Otherwise people will get the impression
that it is not a usable distribution.  I've yet to
see a response that indicates that there is someone
who cares.

No, I'm pretty neutral on that issue except that I don't want
to see the internet full of hacked FC3 boxes where the
administrator is still doing updates against a no longer
active repository.  If the rollover is transparent I don't
care when it happens.

Most of the postings have been to correct other people's
knee-jerk misinterpretations of what I said.  I can take
care of my own boxes - I'd just like fedora to be something
I could recommend to someone else.
