You can't be expecting all the relevant developers involved in the
decision making processes of release cycle and release lifetime to
sign up to this list and track all the discussions here.
It's no less sensible than your expectation all us users join the
developer list:-)
However, that's not my suggestion. Read again.
You can subscribe and post to the list if you are interested. Not asking
all of the users to do it. Only those who want to talk about development
related changes.
