Are you aware of the Knoppix and Damn Small Linux (DSL) projects? Knoppix is a bootable linux OS that fits on a regular CD, whereas DSL fits on a business card sized bootable CD. I have a copy of it on a business card CD just because it was too cool not to.

Red Hat for versions 7.2 and 8.0 a business card sized version. It was done by in RH Germany, but for some reason was never available in the US that I recall.
The link was ftp://ftp.redhat.de/pub/rh-addons/rescue-cd/.
Perhaps someone could carry this project on for Fedora?
