Art thou forgetting that, e.g. $70 a month, is *per* *customer*.  An ISP
with 1,000 customers is raking in $70,000 a month.  An ISP with 10,000
customers is raking in $700,000 a month.  That's a damn good turnover,
and pays for a lot of things.  Don't try and make us think that ISPs
operate on a shoestring budget.
