Right....

But, can you get the output of "ipconfig /all" from the windows box?

It is not uncommon for an ISP to use NAT and map an external IP address of
63.228.89.116 or anything else to an IP address used internally.

The output of "ipconfig /all" straight from the computer's mouth would set
it straight.  I believe what the computer tells me and not the "technically
support" folks at Quest.
