My cpu just overheated again while I was using Linux. This time I was browsing the web. I am back into Windows to post this. It does not over heat in Windows. I am not saying Windows is better just because of this, and I am not saying that Linux causes cpu's to overheat easier. As I said earlier, I am in the process of getting a Zalman CNPS9500-LED Aero Flower Cooler Copper. I am going to take apart my computer and dust it thoroughly, which it needs. I am also getting a new power supply. So I will see if that works. Can't use Linux until then though. Mike
