This was a common log entry in early FC5 systems. It's harmless but can tend to fill the log files. However, it indicates that you have not installed updates (specifically for selinux, probably not for anything else either) as the logging of these events was turned off in one of the updates. It's conceivable that installing updated X packages might fix the problem you've been writing about.
All of this sounds like an X or nv driver bug. Its doubtful that you're going to see a change of behavior without updating to a more recent version of FC, and/or using the nvidia X driver. -- ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ L.
