No, from an outside viewpoint it all looks like a symptom of
the same thing.  If there is anyone within the project that
cares about usability they need to do better maintenance.
The effects of having a broken installer for the entire
life of FC4 are the same as not providing a nice, easy test
drive version in terms of user experience and opinions.

An outsider would almost think that fedora management really
doesn't want it to be a usable product that might compete
with some other distribution.
