Nope, the INSTALL file covers it all.  Maybe you can point out what you
find inadequate about it?

If you are using the Fedora RPM it is defined in the
/etc/httpd/conf.d/squirrelmail.conf file.  The files are on the file
system at /usr/share/squirrelmail/ and are accessed via the URL
http://yourserver/webmail/ .

The contents of the Squirrelmail tarball (or if you use the RPM it is all
set up for you).
