Is this Sony USB memory stick working for you?

Aha! Here's the SanDisk CRUZER memory stick!

I've been looking at 2.6.0 kernel sources and there's no entry for this
device, so I guess the same is true for 2.4 kernels. I can cook up a
patch for you, but you'll need to compile the kernel yourself. Are you
able to do it?

If you feel capable of compiling the kernel by yourself, then I can send
you a patch for you to try, but first I need you to tell me the exact
kernel version you're running by running "uname -r".
