I would guess libs and commands have been compromised (i.e. corrupted). If you can, save all user data (especially the home directories). To do that, insert the Fedora DVD, type Ctrl-Alt-Delete to force a reboot. Reboot into Rescue mode. In rescu mode, back up the home dirs to another drive or partition. Then reboot, and do a fresh install of Fedora 14. Download F14 from http://mirrors.kernel.org/fedora/releases/14/Fedora/i386/iso/Fedora-14-i386-DVD.iso or, if you are on 64 bit, http://mirrors.kernel.org/fedora/releases/14/Fedora/x86_64/iso/Fedora-14-x86_64-DVD.iso Good luck. -- users mailing list users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe or change subscription options: https://admin.fedoraproject.org/mailman/listinfo/users Guidelines: http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mailing_list_guidelines
