It is interesting that "plug & play" was invented for Windows 98, yet the only time I've ever had a device actually plug & play was on linux when I plugged in my HP Photosmart C5580 All-In-one. Printing and scanning worked with no effort on my part other than plugging in the usb cable. Of course I had to go and ruin the experience by trying to print CDs and DVDs - that wasn't quite so flawless (but it got better in fedora 13 :-). http://home.comcast.net/~tomhorsley/wisdom/dvd/dvdp/f13-success.html -- users mailing list users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe or change subscription options: https://admin.fedoraproject.org/mailman/listinfo/users Guidelines: http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mailing_list_guidelines
