Very early on in the bootup you should have a splash screen referring to your motherboard. At the bottom there should be an instruction on how to get to the BIOS - it's often called Setup. Once you get there there should be a screen for boot options. You have to make sure that CD is at the top of the list (it normally doesn't say DVD).
