Nigel, I thought we had that /dev/snd device busy issue beaten. It's
cropped back up and I thought I had the original fix in my email
archives. I shore would like to see whateverinthehell is set by default,
to be fixed permanently. I had all kinds of sounds from many apps
blowing away at once. It was great. Now it's busted again and something
in the updates for sound services breaks it --every time-- and has since
way back. I hope that gets fixed so that multiple sources of sounds can
play at the same time --as the standard-- setup. That would be snazzy.
