If you want to use the command-line method, the proper command (as the
user "root", of course) is:

	yum groupinstall 'Japanese Support'

Otherwise, you can use Pirut in its "Browse" mode: select the Languages
category, then scroll down to the "Japanese Support" group, ensure that
it is checked, and click Apply. Let it do its thing, and et voilá. :]
