warning: Channel 'livna' not found.

I repeat, what am I missing? There is a livna.py in /etc/smart/distro.d, and
it looks like this:
=====================
# rpm.livna.org kernel module package configuration for Smart package manager
# Install to /etc/smart/distro.d/ (if using the recommended Smart package
# from Fedora Extras, otherwise include in your distro.py).

if not sysconf.getReadOnly():
    for kvar in ("", "-hugemem", "-kdump", "-smp", "-xen", "-PAE", "xine"):
        for kmod in ("fglrx", "madwifi", "ndiswrapper", \
                     "ntfs", "nvidia", "nvidia-legacy"):
            pkgconf.setFlag("multi-version", "kmod-%s%s" % (kmod, kvar))
=================
Per the above instructions, I just added it to /usr/lib/smart/distro.py...

But that also did not add it to the channels listing, even when I clicked NEW,
and took it directly to the livna.py file in /etc/smart/distro.d.

There must be some piece of this snake missing.
