I did forget to add that I can use the web interface for both routers from any
computer on the LAN, whether they pass through router 1 or router2 > router
1. I think that answers your need.
And in case anyone missed the reason, it is because you have connected
only the LAN side of both routers together so connections on the
'inside' only use the embedded switches and don't traverse the router
portion at all.
