I feel for you. When the machine shuts down. Does it just freeze or does it quit fully? Does the machine run better with the covers off? I am suspecting a poor power supply. Make sure things are clean. I would remove all connected devices (cards. memory and cables) and reconnect them. Also check all the jumpers to make sure that they are on properly. Try running the machine with no network connection and in a different location. FWIW, I had a machine that would shut down randomly (new machine) and while testing, I tapped the processor board and it quit totally. Never did restart.
