x86_64

In the end, my third text install with no packages got through
the 5 minutes required without hanging,
since when I have been running "yum groupinstall" on all the groups I need.

On one of the failed text installs I pressed SysCtl
and saw that the failure actually occurred while running selinux code.
But that is probably not significant.

My main suspect is the kernel that came with the distribution,
which was replaced during "yum upgrade".

I'd certainly be interested to know if anyone else
has had similar problems running a Fedora x86_64 distribution
on an AMD Athlon64 3200+ machine.
