I did look occasionally -
the fact is, there was no error reported until anaconda hung,
and at that point, there was no way of listing any error.
(Everything froze.)

I've had occasional problems installing Windows XP
and other Linux distributions like SuSE,
but I've had a disproportionate number of problems with anaconda,
on both 32- and 64-bit machines.

I occasionally read the anaconda development mailing list,
and my impression there is that the anaconda team
do not regard it as a high priority to ensure that their program runs
on as many machines as possible.
