Which states:

The Shidler Center for Law, Commerce & Technology is named after Roger
Shidler, one of the founding members of Shidler McBroom & Gates which
later became the firm of Preston Gates & Ellis. He was a pioneer in the

Draw your own conclusions.

Tsk Tsk, Sean, are we seeing a case of, "If you cannot refute their
statements with facts assassinate their character?"

When the laws are written by the criminals, their acts are no longer criminal, evn though their actions are underhanded and immoral.

It does lead one to conclude that if "pop" is the lawyer for Commerce and Technology and innovation is actually curtailed instead of inspired, then the criminals are writing the laws.
