I believe that's the one I tripped over. Thanks! My dvd has a handwritten note on it saying: gpartd-livecd run qtpartd 0.2.2.2 That jives well with the current version being "gparted-livecd-0.2.4-1". The advantage of this CD/DVD was that it linked the filesystem scrunching and the fdisk scrunching. There was no way for the user to mess up and make inconsistent changes. -wolfgang -- Wolfgang S.
