There are a number of kernel modules that are not shipped as part of the kernel, but which are available on Livna (and perhaps elsewhere). E.g: ntfs, nvidia. These must be updated every time you install a new kernel. Being lazy, I wrote a script to do this as needed. On the dubious theory that some folks out there know even less about bash hacking than I do, and the even more dubious theory that some folks out there are even lazier than I am, I put it on my web page. It's toward the bottom of http://www.charlescurley.com/Lenovo.R51.html. Enjoy. -- Charles Curley /"\ ASCII Ribbon Campaign Looking for fine software \ / Respect for open standards and/or writing?
