An applet of this kind obviously would need to be able to connect to various sites that offer Red Hat Linux/Fedora Core help or solutions, and the applet would need to incoporate each site into its search (possibly in a preferences panel, there could be a list of sites that the applet searches for?) and like you say, parse the results and return the ones that are most valid and pertaining to the user's question. I'd be all for something like this. Jared
