Here too. I compiled and installed a CVS snapshot of emacs, and there
the meta keys works.

In the Fedora Emacs Meta-x (which works in XEmacs and the CVS Emacs and
is mapped on the left Winkey) produces the code H-M-s-x, Left-Alt-x
produces A-x as expected.
