Yum and SRPMS

FC3 is my first attempt to use yum instead of apt-get. After googling
and archive searching, I'm a little surprised that I can't find an
answer to this:

How do I get yum to check SRPMS? I've updated my kernel on two separate
occasions, and both times, I've had to download the SRPM manually.
