When it stops I can't do any changes or updates, there are no consoles available yet. So how can I make these changes you are talking about??
When you get the grub menu at boot time, press "e" to edit the grub entry for booting your kernel, and remove the "rhgb" and "quiet" parts of the command if they're present. Then press return to boot.
