It looks as though you have only 128 MB RAM, with 16 MB of that taken up by your onboard graphics. That's not really enough. FC2, for example, says that you need 192 MB minimum for graphics. More memory is cheap. And yes, you are swapping pretty heavily. I'd predict that buying more memory is going to be the most noticeable upgrade you can make to that machine.
