Firstly, please ALWAYS post with a subject header.
The first ISO IS bootable. This is how more than 90% of people install it at a guess.
Go through the list archives to find the answer, installation questions have been answered thousands of times already.
Number one thing seems to be people burning the CDs as files, not images (big difference!!!) when looking at the CD contents, if you have only one file, this is what you have done.
