It _downloaded_, but it did not install. Look here:

Bang! It refused to install/update any packages, because gnupg-1.0.7-14 is
installed already. So, drop gnupg from your command-line. Maybe "rpm -Fvh
..." would have been better than "rpm -Uvh ..."  to just freshen the
installed packages.
