According to "rpm -qf /usr/share/applications/gstreamer-properties.desktop", you should install gnome-media-2.6.0-1 rpm. =)

in my Fedora 1, the gnome-media is 2.4.0-2....but I do not see any Multimedia System Selector!!! :-(

Whoops. My bad. I didn't see the "Fedora 1" part. I'm using FC2, and it seems to be only included with FC2. My previous FC1 install also did not have the gstreamer properties "Multimedia Systems Selector" thing.
