Yup. Under Gnome, it's in
Preferences -> More Preferences -> Multimedia Systems Selector
That is not in my Gnome menu in Fedora 1.Why??? :-(
According to "rpm -qf /usr/share/applications/gstreamer-properties.desktop", you should install gnome-media-2.6.0-1 rpm. =)
