I've watched this particular exchange for quite sometime now. I have to say that DJB's license is -quite- unreasonable IMHO. Even the binary distribution method is unreasonable. Just my 0.02.

I cannot believe that people actually come out and complain about what they can or cannot do with somebody's work.
