Finally I found a solution! There seemed to be a problem with the directories ~/.netscape ~/.netscape6 etc... The removal of the ~/.netscape* directories somehow made mozilla work as usual! Very Weird! Thanks to all for giving a helping hand. ;-) Now I can view all pages w/o problems.
