Copy the ~/.ssh/id_dsa.pub into the target ~/.ssh/authorized_keys
And make sure the permissions are adequate. No other user should have write access to the .ssh directory or anything in it. I just "chmod 700 ~/.ssh" and things work well, IIRC. Check for yourself, my memory may not be perfect on this.
