If you read the README on Disk 1 you will have a way to do what you want.  
Since you have the space for ISO images you can do something different.  
Instead of copying the images to your hard drive copy the files from the 
images.  Use the README, but change the word RedHat to the word Fedora :)

It works for me (tm)
