Normally one signs up for a Bugzilla account and submits the bug report
that way.  AIUI you are using the official upstream OOo packages, so they
won't call you names.  Obviously it will be easier just to post it at
ooforum.org, but it may be just as ineffective as reporting Fedora bugs
here.  ("If it's not in Bugzilla, it isn't a bug.")
