I yum remove firefox and deleted .mozilla folder in /home/user and
reinstalled firefox and added Bookmarks back into .mozilla and I get the
same error message.

This is the orignal error message, part of it was missing at first POST,
this is a friends computer and he didn't Copy and Paste the error
message fully when he sent it to me.

Error Message;

  Could not initialize the application's security component. The most
likely cause is problems with files in your application's profile
directory. Please check that this directory has no read/write
restrictions and your hard disk is not full or close to full.
  It is recommended that you exit the application and fix the problem.
If you continue to use this session, you might see incorrect application
behaviour when accessing security features.

Again the Hard Drive is 75% free space on / and /home/user.

It appears that the problem is some other place in FC13 than Firefox.
