Look up that update in the Fedora Updates system "bodhi":
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/F11/FEDORA-2009-11170
( https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/search/libnetfilter_conntrack )

The packager skipped "updates-testing" and apparently didn't notice
that the updated library is ABI-incompatible. It breaks dependencies
of three other packages.
