Problems with yum update (iptstate)

There is a problem with the iptstate package. Removing iptstate, upgrading, and then trying to reinstall it also fails to work.
# yum update

 You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
 You could try running: package-cleanup --problems
                        package-cleanup --dupes
                        rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest
It also fails on the 64 bit version.
#yum install iptstate
