It's >~/.macromedia/Flash_Player/#SharedObjects I found that eventually, but it had FF locked up totally for about 20 minutes each time I selected a different directory tree, it seems to scan needlessly for each time a new directory is stepped into or out of, before iot is actually selected. So I was nominally 2 hours worth of screwing around in finding the right tree.
