Epiphany used to only do bug fixes in sync with GNOME and GNOME doesn't do bug fixes for the version in Fedora 10 at this point anyway. If Epiphany Gecko branch is not maintained actively upstream, every downstream including Fedora will be affected by that. Fedora 10 is in any case, not expected to get a huge number of updates at this point.
