I've been using 64-bits on my laptop for years, and the only issue is with some Firefox plugins, but they have all been resolved. It would be nice if Adobe would port flash to 64-bits and Sun would issue a 64-bit java plugin, but since the hardware world is moving to 64-bits, I'm sure that these will be resolved in near term.
