I have ever tried to use yum...
BUT it is conflict between rsyslog and syslog-ng...
SO, is there any solution for this problem ?

The CD/DVD images have limited capacity. Many packages are not
included. You need to use yum or another pacakge manager to install
them from the "Everything" repository.
