missing base url for livna

when i use kyum i get a: *** Error: Cannot find a valid baseurl for repo: livna.

livna.repo shows:

gpgkey=file:///etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-livna

[livna-debuginfo]

name=Livna for Fedora Core $releasever - $basearch - Source

gpgkey=file:///etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-livna
gpgcheck=1

hmmm...  no base url there!

so i renamed livna.repo & re-installed the "repository" rpm,
and the new livna.repo is the same.

any pointers?
