(whoops, not hung, just painfully slow and brought up only a blank jedit installer dialog window. not good.) but 2/3 isn't bad. so what has all this ruckus been about? rday -- p.s. whoops, not a blank install dialog after all, just took forever to fill in. so all three java alternatives seem to work fine installing jedit. ======================================================================== Robert P.
