Assuming you have some operating system - Windows or Linux -
on your computer with connection to the internet,
it is reasonably easy to install Fedora 7 without using a DVD drive.

Basically, you download the ISO file, abstract the isolinux directory,
and install or modify grub.conf to run from this.
[That is not meant to be a clear account -
I'm simply pointing out that it is not very difficult.]
