When I check xorg.conf both vsynh and hsync are precisely as In my
monitor manual.

The monitor detection issue is almost certainly a driver bug that is
supposed
to be fixed in rawhide. I don't know if the fix is supposed to get back
ported
or not to f7. The work around is to manually set up your monitor after
the
install.
