I don't recall any of our ISPs stating that they support it, and I don't recall seeing an IPv6 address when I was using a dial-up ISP. So, I'd say that they didn't provide the feature without mentioning it, either. And my ADSL modem doesn't support it, even if my new ISP does (which I don't know).
