Enter key id with 0x prefix or your name:

http://pgp.mit.edu:11371/pks/lookup?search=0xD7843DC2&op=index
http://pgp.mit.edu:11371/pks/lookup?search=Mustafa+Qasim&op=index
=> http://pgp.mit.edu:11371/pks/lookup?op=get&search=0xD7843DC2

Mailing the account system help address might help. Also look in your
spam folders and verify your filtering. It has happened before that
replies got lost because of anti-spam methods.

PROBLEM SOLVED:
                                thanks folks... my CLA submission is completed. Actually a firewall configured at my service provider's end is blocking me to submit/receive keys to any keyserver either through shell or on the html webpage of keyservers. Finally thanks to secure-tunnel.com where i opened the pgp.mit.edu and submitted my key there. Now my CLA is done.

I've applied to join the localization project and waiting for acceptance.

But what to do to get rights for editing wiki ?
